At Omnia Sport Academy, we are committed to creating a safe, respectful, and positive training environment. By enrolling your child, you agree to the following rules:
1. Attendance & Punctuality
Athletes must arrive 10 minutes before class.
Parents should pick up children on time after training.
Frequent absences may affect progress and eligibility for events.
2. Uniform & Equipment
Athletes must wear the official Omnia Sport Academy uniform only.
For gymnastics: approved sportswear or leotard is required.
Uniforms must always be clean and in good condition.
No shirtless training is allowed – shirts must be worn at all times.
No jewelry, watches, or unsafe accessories during training.
3. Respect & Behavior
Show respect toward coaches, staff, teammates, and equipment.
No bullying, aggressive behavior, or disrespectful language.
Parents are expected to set the same example of respect in the academy.
4. Safety First
Athletes must follow all coach instructions.
Unsafe behavior may result in removal from class.
No food, gum, or glass bottles are allowed in training areas.
5. Parents & Visitors
Parents may observe from the designated waiting area only.
Coaching, shouting, or interfering during classes is not allowed.
Questions or concerns should be directed to reception, not during class time.
6. Media & Privacy
Training may be recorded for skill review and academy use.
Group classes include automatic consent for photos/videos.
For private classes, parents may request in writing not to share media on social platforms.
7. Payments & Membership
Fees must be paid on time. Late payments may result in suspension.
Fees are non-refundable, except if the academy cancels classes permanently.
Memberships cannot be transferred to another athlete.
8. Disciplinary Actions
Minor violations: verbal warning.
Repeated violations: written warning and parent meeting.
Serious or repeated misconduct: suspension or membership termination (no refund).
By registering, parents acknowledge that they have read and agree to follow the Omnia Sport Academy Rules & Code of Conduct.
