JudonastiX
Ages: 6–8
Focus: A hybrid development program combining gymnastics-based body control with judo fundamentals to build strength, balance, coordination, discipline, and confidence.
Program Structure: Training sessions are distributed across five days per week, combining gymnastics and judo based on development goals and progression.
