Position Overview
We are looking for a professional, energetic, and approachable Receptionist who will be the first point of contact at our academy. The role requires someone who can warmly welcome and manage children, teenagers, adults, and parents while also functioning as a sales representative when engaging with inquiries, walk-ins, and phone calls.
This is not just a front-desk role — the right candidate will actively contribute to client satisfaction, membership growth, and overall academy success.
Key Responsibilities
Front Desk & Client Relations
Greet and assist children, teenagers, parents, and adult clients with professionalism and warmth.
Handle daily check-ins, sign-ups, and inquiries with a friendly and helpful attitude.
Manage waiting areas and ensure parents and kids feel comfortable and informed.
Resolve minor complaints or concerns quickly, escalating only when necessary.
Sales & Client Acquisition
Answer phone calls, WhatsApp messages, and emails in a persuasive and professional manner.
Convert walk-in visitors and phone inquiries into paying clients by presenting programs and packages clearly.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of academy schedules, programs, and promotions.
Support sales campaigns and follow up with potential leads.
Administration & Organization
Manage client records, attendance sheets, and registration forms.
Collect and process payments (cash, card, or payment gateway).
Coordinate with coaches and management on client requests or concerns.
Ensure front-desk area is always organized, professional, and welcoming.
Requirements
Proven experience in customer service, reception, or sales.
Strong communication skills in Arabic and English (spoken and written).
Ability to engage effectively with children, teenagers, and adults.
Sales-minded personality with confidence in closing inquiries into memberships.
Well-organized, reliable, and able to multitask under pressure.
Proficient in basic computer systems (MS Office, booking software, or CRM preferred).
